The AutoFry MTI-40C is a compact dual-basket, countertop deep-fryer, perfect for high-volume solutions. The MTI-40C can produce up to 6 lbs of product per fry-cycle with the simple push of a button (3lbs per side). With an oil capacity of 5.5 gallons total (2.75 gallons per side), you can fry roughly 50-100 pounds of French fries per hour!
